NAIROBI - Power Radio, Nairobi's first contemporary Christian radio station is set to go off air at the end of September 2009. Though the management is tight-lipped on the sudden move to close down the station, they are optimistic that a bigger and better radio station is coming soon, now to be called Kubamba Radio.

Power Radio was launched early 2009 and is owned by The Homeboyz in partnership with the K-Krew. It is located at the Homeboyz Studios at Amber House on Baricho Road, Nairobi.
