Kanjii's name has been synonymous with the gospel music industry in Kenya. He is a member of the now re-organized gospel group Milele (they got 2 ladies, Nimmo and Carol who joined Christian and Kaima. However, Kiiru and Kanjii are still active members of Milele Ministries, which also include Milele Childrens' Home among other projects - but we digress). Kanjii is also the worship leader at Mavuno church and in February 2007, led the Mavuno Worship Team in recording Kenya's first Live worship CD/DVD. He has been a constant feature at the "Live At The Village" events every month at the Carnivore. Did we mention he's the owner of the now famous Kijiji Records, home to the Hip Hope family.
