ELDORET - Gospel artiste Emmy Kosgei launched her album Ololo (No Turning Back) on the weekend of 12th March 2010 at the Poa Place hotel in Eldoret. The 2010 Groove Award winner for Female Artiste of the Year released the 10 track album in the company of MPs William Ruto (Eldoret North), Kazungu Kambi (Kaloleni), Eugene Wamalwa (Saboti) and Linah Kilimo (Marakwet East).

Artistes who curtain raised at the event included Daddy Owen, Esther Wahome, Joel Kimeto among others. In attendance was Kosgei's father Rev. Jackson Kosgei, who is also the Worldwide Gospel Church of Kenya Bishop. Kosgei is famed for her hit song Taunet Neleel (a new beginning) and has constantly been invited to numerous state functions. The first lady Lucy Kibaki is one of her biggest fans.
