The rise of moral degradation in our society and generation cannot be overlooked anymore; this has stirred up a great burden and an awakening voice through a young man called David Karigo aka Chasemode. With Gospel reggae as the style of approach, his ministry is a channel for him to reach out to people in many nations. At the age of 18, Chasemode produced his first album; Gospel Unlimited Chapter One. This first release was upbeat and instantly became popular. Chasemode accords the popularity of his music to his personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He currently resides in Maryland, United States and is attending the University of Maryland Eastern Shore where he is undertaking a degree in music education, with concentration on choral. He is involved with the School’s concert choir which performs in many local meetings and churches including an annual international show. Below is one of his newest tracks titled Satan dread which indicates spiritual combat against the devil and exposing all his works so that we can stay alert and know that we are more than conquerors. These 5 and 7 more made up the initial 12 track release. "The sermon" was especially a favorite among listeners. Chasemode's music has been played in several Kenyan radio stations. Vineyard records (in Nairobi, Kenya) helped him in producing his first album; Chasemode’s affiliation with vineyard records, churches, organizations and ministries in Kenya helped him grow spiritually and also sharpened his music skills.

Chasemode believes in Jesus Christ as his personal savior and believes strongly in portraying Christian values to others through action. This simply means going out and spreading the love of God to people in many nations who hunger for love and are lost.
At the moment Chasemode is working a new album; the album titled, ‘Gospel Unlimited Chapter 2’ will be a blend of slow-paced reggae music inspired to lead the church to worship as well as Chasemode’s favorite, wisdom-filled, Bible-derived songs accompanied by a set of all new hype and stage-rocking beats, Chasemode hopes to have Gospel Unlimited Chapter 2 released by mid next year.
